Recognizing that students are the ultimate beneficiaries of strong district leadership, the search process includes dedicated student sessions. One session will be held at East Brunswick High School and another at Churchill Junior High School, featuring diverse groups of students who will share their perspectives on what they need from their next superintendent. All focus groups will take place between June 11 and June 20, 2025 at various times and locations.

For broader community participation, the district has scheduled two open community forums where any interested resident can attend and contribute their thoughts. The first forum will take place Wednesday, June 11, at 7 p.m. in the Hammarksjold Upper Elementary School Performing Arts Center, 200 Rues Lane. The second session is scheduled for Monday, June 16, at 6 p.m. in the East Brunswick High School Auditorium at 380 Cranbury Road.

Additionally, an online survey is available at https://hyasurvey.com/EastBrunswickSupt, providing another avenue for community members to share their input. The survey will remain open through June 20, 2025, allowing flexibility for those who cannot attend the in-person sessions.

The search process reflects East Brunswick's commitment to maintaining its reputation for excellence across academics, athletics, and the arts. Community feedback will be instrumental in identifying a superintendent who can continue to uphold these high standards while guiding the district toward future success.
