Head to the Fine Arts Festival
The 10th Annual Fine Arts Festival will be held Saturday, June 9.

On Saturday, during the 10th Annual Fine Arts Festival, artists and crafters from the region will come to the to share their work, demonstrate their craft, and meet and greet anyone who stops by.
Artists that attend will display their paintings, photography, sculpture, jewelry, pottery, weaving, mixed media, woodcraft, graphics and more.

The juried show will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and be held around the municipal pond at the East Brunswick Municipal Complex on Ryders Lane. The daylong event is planned to provide artists with a venue to exhibit their work, demonstrate their talents, and offer original art and craft items for sale, as well as serve a great place for a family outing. This year’s show will feature 62 artists and six student artists. Also included are daylong demonstrations in glass blowing, leather crafting, stained glass and scarf marbleizing.
The event has attracted more than 400 artists from New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania over the last 10 years. Original work in oil/acrylic; watercolor; photography; sculpture; graphics/drawings/pastels; mixed media; and fine hand crafts including pottery, jewelry and accessories, clothing, weaving, mosaics, ceramics, turned wood sculpture, woodcrafts, and florals have been represented.

Cash prizes and ribbons will be awarded by professional judges for Excellence, Merit and Honorable Mention. In honor of the 10th Anniversary, this year’s show will have a special award for the “Best in Show.”
The event is sponsored by The Township of East Brunswick, Department of Recreation, Parks & Community Services and the East Brunswick Arts Commission.
The rain date is Sunday, June 10.
