Joetta Clark Diggs Foundation Recognizes Fittest of the Fit
Students from Middlesex County Vocational Technical Schools were recognized Thursday for their personal fitness efforts.

The Joetta Clark Diggs Fitness Challenge, in cooperation with Horizon NJ Health and EmPoWER Somerset held an awards ceremony on Thursday honoring the most physically fit students from the Middlesex County Vocational and Technical School District.
The students began the Joetta Clark Diggs Fitness Challenge in January competing in push-ups, sit-ups, standing broad jumps and a mental challenge. Students from the Vocational and Technical schools from East Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Woodbridge and Piscataway all participated in the Fitness Challenge.
Diggs provided the students with four trainers - Crystal Boyd, Olivia Roman, Reggie Lampley and Janine Davis. The final goal is to help these students see health and fitness as something fun and important to strive for.
