This Local Basketball Program In East Brunswick Is Rebranding

The league unveiled a new logo and asked the Council and community to support them.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – During Monday’s meeting, members of Fast Break Basketball informed the Council and community that they are rebranding.

The league unveiled a new logo and asked the Council to support them in “any way you can.”

Fast Break Basketball is a privately run, 100 percent volunteer organization, that has grown from 20 second grade children in the Fall of 1996, to over 800 children.

The league provides basketball programs for children in many divisions – from elementary to high school.

Fast Break Basketball is dedicated to teaching the fundamental skills of basketball in a fun, safe environment.

"I’ve noticed firsthand all the great changes that have occurred, and the camaraderie and collaboration with everyone is terrific and great," Councilwoman Dana Winston said.

"We appreciate everything you work so hard for."

Earlier this year, Fast Break Basketball received the Mayor’s proclamation for their work in the community.
