New Gardeners Invited to the East Brunswick Community Garden

Limited number of plots available for 2018 growing season

It may be the middle of winter, but it’s not too early to think about cultivating your own produce and flowers this spring at the East Brunswick Community Garden. A limited number of plots are now available for new gardeners to rent at the garden for the 2018 growing season.

Located next to the Municipal Complex on Rues Lane, the garden is the perfect solution for would-be gardeners who lack outdoor space for gardening. The popular garden has 10 x 10-foot plots available to new gardeners on a first-come, first-served basis. The $45 cost for the season includes a temporary assessment to fund the addition of wooden borders around each plot. Gardeners must be township residents or employed in the township.

For more information and to register for a plot, go to ebcommunitygarden.webs.com.
