New Restaurant Coming To Route 18 In East Brunswick
The restaurant is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2025.
EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – A new Mediterranean restaurant is coming to East Brunswick.
CAVA, a Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant chain is all set to open in Midstate Mall.
The restaurant will be occupying the space formerly the location of Boston Market.

CAVA is currently scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2025, a restaurant spokesperson said.
CAVA was founded in 2006 by Ted Xenohristos, Ike Grigopoulos, and Dimitri Mashovitis. The first restaurant was opened in Rockville, Maryland. From there they began to expand and today CAVA has locations in around 26 states including Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kansas and Tennessee.

In New Jersey, they have nine locations – Wayne, Secaucus, Ramsey, Paramus, Moorestown, Lawrenceville, Jersey City, Edgewater, and Bridgewater.
