OBITUARY: Marvin Morris Brown
Marvin Morris Brown was a charter member of VFW No. 133 and a Boy Scout leader.

Marvin Morris Brown died Wednesday, June 13, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was 86.
Born in Hilton (now Hillside), he resided in East Brunswick and Toms River before moving to the Rossmoor Community in Monroe several years ago.
Prior to his retirement in 1984, he was a driver for UPS for 25 years.

He was a Navy Veteran of World War II, and was the last surviving charter member of the East Brunswick VFW Post 133.
He was a long time Troop Leader for Boy Scout Troop 132, East Brunswick.

He was predeceased by three brothers, Harry Brown, Kenneth Brown, and Charlie Kreutz, and a sister, Lillian Haasz.
Surviving are his wife of 61 years, Pearl Callahan Brown; two sons, Keith Brown (Renee) of East Brunswick and Kevin Brown (Cheryl) of New Brunswick; five daughters, Diane Bushe (Joe) of Neptune City, Donna Morris (Lenny) of East Brunswick, Carol-Jean McShane (Marty) of Jamesburg, Nancy McConnell (Dave) of East Brunswick, and Cathy Jo Mahony (Dennis) of Manalapan; three brothers, Norman Brown of Monroe Township, Irving Brown of Clark, and Arthur Brown of East Brunswick; two sisters, Edna Hadzimichalis of Edison and Virginia Cherapan of Mims, Fla.; two sisters in law, Frances Brown of Fords, and Doris Brown of Cape Coral, Fla.; 20 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in the Rezem Funeral Home, 457 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick. Interment will follow at the NJ Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the East Brunswick VFW Post 133, 483 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, N.J. 08816.
