Orchard Park East Brunswick Celebrates Holidays & 1st Aniversary

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — A year ago on Dec. 8, restaurateur and entrepreneur David Burke opened his new culinary venture in East Brunswick.

As the one-year anniversary approaches, Orchard Park is ready to celebrate. This year, Burke is pulling all stops to celebrate the winter holidays and anniversary. The restaurant will be open on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

On Christmas Day, Burke is offering a special three-course prix fixe menu with celebratory festive dishes from 12 a.m. - 8 p.m. Dishes include winter green salad, lobster dumplings, grilled Spanish octopus, Christmas duck, leg of lamb, and more.

The menu for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day will be up on the website soon.

Burke opened Orchard Park during the height of the pandemic. The restaurant is located within Chateau Grand Hotel, which is nestled within the 15-acre campus of Park Chateau Estate and Garden, a wedding venue.
