EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — October is National Pizza Month and the New Jersey Division of Travel and Tourism released a pizza trail for visitors. And East Brunswick’s The Original Thin Crust Pizza Company is on the must-visit list among nine other pizzerias.
The trail has 10 different pizza stops from the state, featuring traditional as well as well new-wave pizzerias. And the East Brunswick location is a must-visit for all thin-crust pizza lovers, according to the tourism website.
“The Original Thin Crust Pizza Company in East Brunswick is true to its name, serving up that hard-to-find, super-thin crust,” the tourism website said. “Owner Matt Verney puts his own spin on a 60-year-old family recipe passed to him from his days at Vitale’s Bar and Grill.”
