EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – The Red Lobster on Route 18 in East Brunswick is all set to reopen this summer, according to media reports.

The restaurant is currently closed after a fire in August last year destroyed the interiors.

The East Brunswick location will be starting its renovation process soon with the aim to reopen in the summer, Red Lobster’s chief development and facilities officer Robert Stamm, told MyCentralJersey.

During the renovation, the township’s Red Lobster will incorporate the chain's latest designs and innovations reported TapInto.

On August 5, 2022, an early morning fire broke out at the Red Lobster. The township’s police and fire department responded to the around 1:42 a.m. Although the fire was quickly extinguished, the restaurant suffered heavy damages.
