“With such great options, you will enjoy supporting our local businesses more than ever during restaurant week,” Zuckerman said. “Although East Brunswick Restaurant week is only seven days, we want residents to think of East Brunswick year-round when they are looking for a restaurant to dine in, take out, host a small meeting, or plan a corporate event."

East Brunswick Restaurant Week is a community event organized by a partnership of the East Brunswick Arts Coalition (EBArts), and the East Brunswick Business and Economic Growth Advisory Commission.

“Art and good food are often at the center of events that bring the community together,” EBArts President Kim Conetta said. “Restaurant Week is a great way to lead up to Harvest Fest, where the nexus of art and craft, food and drink, and live music will be showcased next Saturday, October 22nd.”

Advisory Commission member Mary Pan urged residents to come out and support local businesses. “As residents of East Brunswick we are aware of the generosity of our local restaurants when it comes to supporting our school fundraisers, tricky trays, and dine-to-donate evenings, so please come out to East Brunswick Restaurant Week for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, whether you dine in or take out, let these restaurants know how much you appreciate all they do for our community,” Pan said.

Restaurants will be offering prix fixe dinners and general discounts on meals.

Participating restaurants include Art of Salad, Bites & Bowls, Boomerang Bagels, Casablanca, Colonial Diner, Domoko, EB Chinese, Magnifico's Ice Cream, Mancini Pizza, Mr Subs, Orchard Park, Original Thin Crust Pizza Co., Perkins, Playa Bowls, Rai Rai Ramen, Scoop to My Lou, and Spice Paradise.
