Located at the Midstate Mall on Route 18, the business hosted a ribbon cutting on Thursday that saw Mayor Brad Cohen, Economic Development Officer Rob Zuckerman, and the members of the East Brunswick Regional Chamber of Commerce in attendance.
This cool new addition to the East Brunswick business landscape is through owner Balan Balasingham.

Started in the summer of 1984 by Bob Tumolo, a former Philadelphia firefighter, Rita's has many locations in New Jersey. Today, Rita’s has locations in over 30 states.
Mango is Rita’s most popular flavor of Italian Ice. Coming in at number two is the famous Cherry Italian Ice, followed by Swedish Fish, according to the company website.
