Sharpen Your Computer Skills
The May schedule for computer classes at the library is out!

Sign up now for the East Brunswick Public Library’s latest computer class offerings. Classes are two hours long and limited to 12 students per class. This month’s classes include the new Microsoft Word IV, which covers advanced Word document formatting and editing. Microsoft Word III or intermediate word processing skills including copying and pasting, editing and saving, multitasking and the ability to easily navigate to shared files, are required.
Classes for May include Excel Basics, Saturday, May 5, at 9:30 a.m.; Introduction to Microsoft Word, Tuesday, May 8, at 7 p.m.; Email Basics Part I, Wednesday, May 9, at 2 p.m.; Excel II, Thursday, May 10, at 7 p.m.; Introduction to the New Microsoft Office, Saturday, May 12, at 9:30 a.m.; Microsoft Word II, Tuesday, May 15, at 7 p.m.; Excel III, Thursday, May 17, at 7 p.m.; Introduction to QuickBooks Level I, Saturday, May 19, at 7 p.m.; Email Basics Part II, Wednesday, May 23, at 2 p.m.; Microsoft Word III, Thursday, May 24, at 7 p.m.; Microsoft Word IV, Tuesday, May 29, at 7 p.m.; and Excel IV, Thursday, May 31, at 7 p.m.
There is a $50 fee for QuickBooks and a $5 fee for all other classes. Fees will be added to a cardholder’s account and paid for at the Circulation desk. Non-cardholders must pay at the time of registration. Register at the Library or by visiting www.ebpl.org and clicking on “News & Events.” For more information, please call 732-390-6767.
