Did you know, you can get free help if you are a New Jersey Medicare beneficiary who has questions about or problems with your health insurance. The State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) does just that with volunteer counselors available who are trained in areas of health insurance coverage and benefits that affect Medicare beneficiaries.
