1. According to a Nixle message from the East Brunswick Police Department, Tices Lane westbound between the Old Bridge Turnpike and Route 18 will be closed between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. A detour will be posted.
2. River Road will also be closed to all traffic that isn't local between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. today, according to police.
The closure is between Main Street and Millman Drive, due to road paving by the county. A detour is posted there as well, according to police. The paving may continue on Wednesday, police say.
3. The East Brunswick Library's Summer Film Festival will show the film "Quartet" at 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. More information on the film festival can be found here.
