UPDATE: Mandatory Travel Ban for East Brunswick
The township is advising residents to stay indoors for the duration of the storm if possible.

Austin Kosik, manager of the Office of Emergency Management, says a full assault against Sandy is in place by the township’s Emergency Management Team.
There are reports of branches falling, and with the eye of the storm still 10 hours away, Kosik says non-essential personnel are "directed to remain off the road, according to his Twitter feed.
He also said traffic lights on Route 18 and west Ferris are out.
