Senior Allison Clay won Rider's first-ever Top Student Chef competition. Taste her winning recipe during the month of April at PJ's.
There were more than 50 entries this year when Rider's radio station, 107.7 The Bronc, put out a call for find Rider's Top Student Chef this year.
Allison Clay, of East Brunswick, walked away with the honors with her Nutella Ganache Cupcakes with Vanilla Mascarpone Icing.
