Monday
Auditions Philomusica Concert Choir, Unitarian Society, 176 Tices Lane East Brunswick, 7:30 p.m.
The choir will be holding auditions on Sept. 23, 30 and Oct. 7 at the Unitarian Society at 176 Tices Lane in East Brunswick after rehearsals at 10 p.m. Rehearsals are every Monday and run from 7:30 to 10 p.m. Come to rehearsals at 7:30 pm, sing in with them, or just listen.
Tuesday
Fine Film Festival, East Brunswick Public Library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center, East Brunswick, 1:30 p.m.
The EBPL presents the movie "42," which tells the story of Jackie Robinson and his history-making signing with the Brooklyn Dodgers under the guidance of team executive Branch Rickey.
Wednesday
Tween Time, East Brunswick Public Library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center, East Brunswick, 4 p.m.
Food, crafts and fun where tweens can learn about the new collection just for them. For tweens entering grades 5-7.
Thursday
Science Scene (Grades 3-5), East Brunswick Public Library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center, East Brunswick, 7:30 p.m.
Experiment with different science topics each month. This month will feature "Light."
