2 East Windsor Residents Injured After Car Crashes Into Pole In West Windsor
A 2-year-old was also in the car but was uninjured, West Windsor Police said.
EAST WINDSOR, NJ – Two people were seriously injured after a car they were traveling in crashed into a pole on Sunday night in West Windsor, police said.
A 2-year-old child was also in the vehicle at the time of the crash, but was uninjured, police said. The driver was uninjured too. All occupants of the car were East Windsor residents.
At 11:18 p.m. on Sunday, West Windsor Township Police received a 911 call for a crash on Village Road West near the intersection with Post Road.

According to investigation, a 2017 Volkswagen sedan was traveling west on Village Road when it veered off the road and struck a utility pole.
A 62-year-old suffered internal and lower extremity injuries, while a 35-year-old suffered a serious head injury and significant body injuries. Both are said to be in stable condition.

The driver, a 35-year-old, and the 2-year-old were uninjured, police said. All four were taken to Capital Health Medical Center at Fuld.

The road was closed for two-and-a-half hours, while authorities investigated.
