The following is a summary of incidents as reported by East Windsor Police:
EAST WINDSOR, NJ — On May 1, at 8:56 a.m., an officer responded to the parking lot of Dunkin on 395 Route 130 North for a disturbance. One of the women involved continued to be disruptive and was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. During the arrest, the individual resisted the officer’s control; however, she was eventually taken into custody. The 28-year-old East Windsor resident was taken to police headquarters, processed, and later released on a summons pending court action.
On May 1 at 12 p.m., an officer responded to ShopRite at 319 Route 130 North for a past tense shoplifting report. Loss prevention personnel reported two suspects left the store without paying for $300 worth of merchandise. The case was assigned to a detective who identified and charged both suspects accordingly.

On May 3, 12:02 a.m., at Route 130 North the officer responded to Route 130 North at the intersection of East Windsor Town Center for a report of a vehicle that did not proceed for the green traffic signal. The officer found the vehicle with its lights off and the driver appeared to be sleeping behind the wheel. The driver, an East Windsor resident, showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests. The 26-year-old was taken to police headquarters, processed, and later released pending court action.
On May 3, 12:40 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop at Route 33 East after observing the driver not wearing his seatbelt. The driver was found to have a suspended license and active warrants out of Egg Harbor, Ocean City, and Hightstown. The New York resident was placed under arrest, taken to police headquarters, processed, and later turned over to the custody of the Egg Harbor Police.

On May 4, at 2:05 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Route 571 after observing the vehicle being driven erratically. The driver showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests. The East Windsor resident was transported to police headquarters, processed, and later released pending court action.
On May 5 at 8:54 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop after observing the vehicle’s brake lights were out. The driver was found to have a suspended license and an active warrant out of Bound Brook. The 31-year-old Philadelphia, PA resident was placed under arrest, taken to police headquarters, processed, and released after posting bail.
On May 6, at 11:53 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop after a check of the vehicle’s registration yielded that the registered owner had active traffic warrants out of East Windsor and Cranbury as well as a suspended driver’s license. The driver was confirmed to be the registered owner and was placed under arrest. The 20-year-old East Windsor resident was taken to police headquarters, processed, and later released after posting bail.
On May 7, an officer responded to Target for a past tense shoplifting report. Loss prevention advised that three suspects collected $1,933.73 worth of merchandise and left the store without paying. The case was assigned to a detective who identified and charged all three suspects accordingly. All three were from Brooklyn, NY.
On May 7, at 12:15 p.m., an officer responded to the Colonade Motel on reports of an attempt to locate an individual with active warrants. The officer met with the individual who had active warrants out of East Windsor, Jackson, Bellmawr, and Willingboro. The 47-year-old East Windsor woman was placed under arrest, taken to police headquarters, processed, and later released on her own recognizance.
