EAST WINDSOR, NJ - The East Windsor Regional School District has once again been honored with the Best Communities for Music Education from the NAMM Foundation.

The honor recognizes the district’s commitment to providing meaningful and accessible music education to all students.

The school district has won this designation for six years now.

The NAMM Foundation is the charitable arm of the National Association of Music Merchants, the global trade association for the music products industry.

Now in its 26th year, this national award is given to districts that demonstrate outstanding achievement in providing music access and education as part of a well-rounded learning experience.

"The award program recognizes and celebrates our district's unwavering commitment to creating an environment where each child can learn and grow with music. Designations are made to districts and schools that demonstrate an exceptionally high commitment to and access to music education," the district said in a statement.

"Thank you to all educational stakeholders who made this possible."

East Windsor is among 935 school districts that received this designation by NAMM in 2025.
