Expired Registration, Reckless Driving: East Windsor Police Blotter
The East Windsor Police blotter dated Dec. 5 had the following reports:
EAST WINDSOR, NJ — On Nov. 28 at 11:25 p.m., an officer conducted a motor vehicle stop after observing the vehicle driving without its taillights activated. The Hightstown resident displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests. The 37-year-old was taken to police headquarters, processed, and later released pending court action.
On Nov. 30, at 12:16 p.m., an officer responded to 440 Route 130 South to investigate a motor vehicle crash. The driver was found to have an active warrant out of Jackson Township. The 23-year-old Jackson resident was placed under arrest, transported to police headquarters, processed, and later released on his own recognizance.
On Nov. 30, at 11:40 p.m., an officer conducted a motor vehicle stop after observing the vehicle failing to maintain its lane of travel. The East Windsor resident displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests. The 38-year-old was taken to police headquarters, processed, and later released pending court action.

On Dec. 1, 2:24 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Route 130 South after a check of the vehicle’s registration revealed it was expired and the registered owner had an active warrant. The officer confirmed the driver, an East Windsor resident, was the owner and placed her under arrest. The 26-year-old was taken to police headquarters, processed, and later released after bail was posted.
On Dec. 3, at 3:31 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Route 130 South after a check of the vehicle’s registration revealed it was expired. The driver, a Trenton resident, was found to have active warrants out of East Windsor, Hamilton, and Trenton. The 36-year-old was placed under arrest, transported to police headquarters, processed, and later released on his own recognizance.

On Dec. 4 at 2:05 a.m., an officer responded to the Windsor Hotel to investigate a disturbance. One of the involved individuals was found to have an active warrant out of Cherry Hill. The 27-year-old East Windsor resident was placed under arrest, taken to police headquarters, processed, and later released on his own recognizance.
On Dec. 4, at 11:03 a.m., an officer responded to the Windsor Hotel for a service call. An involved individual was found to have an active warrant out of Burlington Township. The 67-year-old was placed under arrest, taken to police headquarters, processed, and later turned over to the custody of the Burlington Township Police.
