Fatal Collision Results in Vehicular Homicide Charge
A crash between a concrete truck and a sedan on Route 130 in East Windsor was caused by the truck's failure to stop at a red light, police said.

The man who drove the concrete truck that struck a sedan and killed the driver on Route 130 yesterday has been charged by East Windsor police with vehicular homocide.
The continued investigation by police revealed that Robert Conover Jr., 52, failled to stop for a red traffic light at the intersection of Route 130 and Route 33. This alleged oversight led to a collision with an Infiniti sedan killing the driver, Rangarau Sudhakara, of Sousa Court in East Windsor. Sudhakara was extricated from the car and pronounced dead at the scene.
Conover, of Wrightstown, was charged with vehicular homocide, failure to observe signal, and reckless driving. He is currently remanded in Mercer County Correctional Facility in default of $100,000 bail.
