Head to the Department of Public Works on Bank Street and help prepare for Hurricane Sandy.
Hightstown needs help!
Volunteers are needed to fill sandbags at the Department of Public Works on Bank Street, or to help remove flower baskets, cornstalks, scarecrows etc. from the area.
The efforts will help with preparing for Hurricane Irene, which is slated to hit the area Sunday night.
