Man Attempts to Lure Girl to Car in Twin Rivers Parking Lot
The East Windsor Police have reported an attempted child luring of a 13-year-old girl.

A 13-year-old girl was approached by an adult man in a Twin Rivers parking lot and asked to come toward his vehicle, according to Lieutenant Richard Bernstein of the East Windsor Police Department. The incident was reported to police on the afternoon of Friday, Feb. 1.
According to police, the man exited his car and moved toward the girl within a parking lot area of Twin Rivers Drive North. The victim told police that the man came within 15 to 20 feet of her and attempted to have a conversation. He asked her to approach his vehicle and the girl told police that she declined. The car was described as a small, black 4-door vehicle.
The victim told police that the man began walking behind her for about 10 seconds, but that when she picked up her cellular phone the man walked away and stopped following her.

The suspect was described as a white man is his twenties or thirties. He was wearing a yellow shirt or jacket and glasses. The victim said that the man may have had black hair and some type of facial hair and was approximately 6 feet tall and had a thin build.
