PA Man Exchanged Sexually Explicit Messages, Photos With East Windsor Pre-Teen: Cops
Steven Green was charged with one count of first-degree manufacturing of child sexual abuse material, cops said.
MERCER COUNTY, NJ – A 32-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested and charged after he shared sexually explicit messages and photos with a pre-teen from Mercer County, Prosecutor Janetta D. Marbrey said.
Steven Green, 32, is charged with one count of first-degree manufacturing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and two counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
Detectives with the prosecutor’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit and the East Windsor police received information that a minor in their jurisdiction had been chatting and exchanging child sexual abuse material at the direction of an individual named Steven Green.

An investigation was initiated, and detectives discovered, in addition to exchanging sexually explicit messages and photos with the pre-teen girl, Green was directing the girl to take photos and videos of herself engaging in sexual conduct to send to him, Marbrey said.
On Thursday, Philadelphia Police Department ICAC Unit executed a search warrant at Green’s home on Berks Street in Philadelphia, where detectives seized multiple items of evidentiary value, Marbrey said. Green was taken into custody without incident.

The prosecutor’s office is seeking his detention pending trial.
