PA Man Found With Loaded Gun At Mercer McDonald's: Police
The man was found with a 9mm handgun loaded with 12 hollow-point bullets, Hamilton Police said.
MERCER COUNTY, NJ – A 19-year-old Philadelphia man with a loaded handgun is facing multiple charges after causing a disturbance at Mercer County McDonald's, Hamilton Police said.
On Nov. 19, around 3:30 p.m., officers responded to McDonald's at 2603 S. Broad St. for reports of a disturbance.
The caller told police that a man, identified as Salil Wilson, came into the store, took a mobile order off the counter, and then attempted to go behind the counter. An employee stopped him from entering the restricted area but Wilson pushed past him and continued into the kitchen, police said.

Wilson then took a large cup, filled it with a beverage and fled the store before police could arrive without paying, police said.
Shortly after, around 4:30, police were called again and were told Wilson returned and again tried to take a mobile order from the counter.

The manager confronted him and told him he was not allowed to take orders without paying. Once again, Wilson went behind the counter, took a large cup and filled it with a beverage, police said.
When the manager confronted Wilson by the drink machine, he was assaulted, with Wilson striking him, police said.
Wilson continued to harass the manager near the dining area and even followed him outside when he went to deliver an order, police said.
Another manager followed both men outside where an argument ensued, police said.
By the time, Hamilton Police Officers arrived, and were able to diffuse the situation. Wilson was placed under arrest and authorities found a 9mm handgun with a high-capacity magazine loaded with 12 hollow point bullets concealed in his waistband, as well as a small amount of narcotics, authorities said.
Wilson was charged with robbery, burglary, unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of hollow-point bullets, theft, and possession of narcotics.
