Shoplifting, DUI; East Windsor Police Blotter
The East Windsor Police Blotter dated Nov. 27 had the following reports:
EAST WINDSOR, NJ – On Nov. 22, at 1 p.m., an officer responded to Target for a shoplifting incident. Investigation revealed that a 60-year-old East Windsor resident attempted to walk out of the store with $155.53 worth of merchandise. The woman was arrested, taken to police headquarters, processed, and released pending court action.
On Nov. 26, at 1 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop Probasco Road/Bolton Road after observing the vehicle failing to maintain its lane of travel. The driver, a 36-year-old East Windsor resident, displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests. The man was transported to police headquarters, processed, and later released pending court action.
