Traffic Patterns During Cranbury Parking Lot Construction
The parking lot for the Cranbury School and Municipal Building is being resurfaced.

Construction work on the Cranbury School parking area is underway, but visitors should have only a few problems visiting the Public Library or dropping their children of for camp.
The east end of the lot from North Main Street to the school’s auditorium is being resurfaced with new asphalt and undergoing drainage improvements, according to information on the Cranbury School website.Â
The parking area is accessible, save for three days when the resurfacing will take place. The dates of the resurfacing have yet to be determined, but the school will make an announcement when the projected dates are determined for this phase, according to the website. Â
The school is attempting to minimize traffic in the area even though the parking lot will be mostly accessible for the project’s duration. For campers commuting to the school daily, cars will be able to drive to the entrance of the gymnasium, though this traffic pattern may change as the project progresses, the  Campers who choose to walk or bike will enter at the 1997 entrance via School House Lane.
For those looking to visit the public library, parking will be available as normal. According to the website, Town hall visitors can access limited parking via West Property Access Road at the hard top in the rear of the school.
