Weekend Guide: Beatlemania Concert at Etra Lake Park

Beatlemania Concert 

The East Windsor Township Summer Concert Series kicks off this Sunday with a performance by Beatlemania! The Beatlemania group will remember the exciting pop rock era of the 1960’s when the Beatles dominated the music charts all over the world. Beatlemania will be performing all time Beatles favorites including “All My Loving,”  “Can’t Buy Me Love,” ”Eight Days a Week’” and many more. The free summer concert and family night series is made possible by the generous donations of many area businesses. The fun begins at 6 p.m. at Etra Lake Park on Sunday. 

New Jersey Triathlon

Rockin’ Refuel is sponsoring the New Jersey triathlon this weekend at Mercer County Park, located on Old Trenton Road in West Windsor. The triathlon is taking place on Saturday and Sunday, with a pre-race meeting on Friday at 6 p.m. If you don’t feel like running, come by and cheer racers on while enjoying free samples of Rockin’ Refuel, a workout recovery beverage. Robotic Design with Legos

Learn about basic robotic design with legos from the Hightstown High School Robotic Club at the Hightstown Library on Saturday at 2 p.m. Team Mercury FTC will be explaining the basics of robotic design with legos. This class is for children between the ages of 9 and 16. Registration is required, please contact 609-448-1474 for more information and to register.
