Man Assaulted Woman While Kids Were Home: Bergen Prosecutor
An Englewood man came into a woman's home and sexually assaulted her while three children were present, the Bergen County Prosecutor said.

ENGLEWOOD, NJ — An Englewood man came into a woman's home and sexually assaulted her while three children were present, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
Ulises Ramires Argueta, 31, faces two separate charges of first-degree aggravated sexual assault; a charge of second-degree burglary; and a charge of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, Musella said.
On Monday, Englewood Police contacted Musella's office about an alleged sexual assault, according to Musella.

"An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Englewood Police Department revealed that (Argueta) unlawfully entered the victim’s home, sexually assaulted her, and endangered the welfare of three children who were present at the residence in Englewood," said Musella.
Authorities arrested Argueta Monday in Paramus, Musella said.

Argueta was taken to Bergen County Jail, according to Musella.
