Englewood Man Threw Drugs Out Of Window During Search: Prosecutor
The men were arrested after a Bergen County SWAT team executed search warrants in Englewood, authorities said.
ENGLEWOOD, NJ — Three city men were arrested on drug-related charges recently during an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.
Roy Theodore, Rafael Lynch, both 32, and Lamar Alexander, 51, were arrested after the prosecutor's office Narcotic Task Force investigated that Theodore, Lynch, and Malcolm Harrell, 31, of Teaneck, were distributing controlled dangerous substances in Bergen County, said Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella.
Bergen County Regional SWAT officers searched three locations in Englewood and an apartment in Teaneck, Musella said.

When authorities arrived at Theodore's apartment, he threw crack cocaine out of the window, Musella said. Besides the crack cocaine, officials found nearly $3,500. He was charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and tampering with evidence.
Lynch was arrested at his Englewood home. Authorities found Oxycodone and marijuana, along with empty, unused plastic baggies used to package and sell illegal drugs, Musella said. He was charged with several possession with intent to distribute offenses.

Harrell was arrested at his Teaneck home. Cocaine, crack cocaine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, including a digital scale, were found at his home, Musella said. He was also charged with several distribution-related offenses.
Alexander was not at his Englewood home, where crack cocaine and marijuana were found, the prosecutor said. He later surrendered himself to authorities, Musella said.
