Englewood’s Le Gourmet Factory Cooking School held its grand opening celebration last week, Bergen.com reports.

The cooking school offers students of all ages and skill levels an education in gourmet cooking. The facility boasts high-end appliances and trained culinary professionals.

For those looking at going into the restaurant business, the school has offered a course titled “So you want to start your own food business?,” according to BoozyBurbs.com, a Bergen County food blog.

“We are here to assist local entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses without the burden and enormous up-front cost of a commercial kitchen operation. The spaces will be available for hourly, weekly, or monthly rent and can be tailored to meet specific needs,” the school’s Facebook page says.
