Toddler Sexually Assaulted In Bergen County, Man Arrested: Prosecutor

A man was arrested in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a toddler who was two years old or younger at the time, police said.

ENGLEWOOD, NJ — A 25-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a toddler, who was two years old or younger at the time, in Englewood, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.

Following an investigation, Joshua Foster, of East Orange, was arrested Saturday on charges of first-degree aggravated assault, first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, and second-degree sexual assault by contact, Musella said.

Foster was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending his first court appearance, the prosecutor's office said.
