Nearly 2,000 Businesses Impacted by Sandy in Englewood

Superstorm Sandy impacted 1,944 businesses in Englewood and inflicted damage on 13 homes, according to an analysis of state data by NJSpotlight.com. 

In Englewood, 11 homes reported "major damage," meaning costs were between $8,000 and $28,000, the report said. Four rental units reported storm damages. 

According to the state's data, Englewood homeowners fared better than nearby Teaneck where 515 homes reported damage from Sandy.
