Englewood and Englewood Cliffs parents can access information regarding the safety of their child's school bus through the state's Motor Vehicle Commission online database.
Parents can search the database by town name or zip code to find out the latest information on the school bus inspection including the date of the most recent inspection and other safety information.
According to the information for the Englewood Public School district buses report card, about 14 percent of the district's school buses passed on initial inspection, two have since passed and five buses will be re-examined. More details are provided online.
The report shows Dwight-Englewood School has three buses, one of which passed inspection initially and the other two are pending re-examination.
