RV Catches Fire Near Produce Wholesaler In Bergen County
Firefighters responded to a well-involved recreational vehicle fire on Jackson Street earlier this week.

ENGLEWOOD, NJ — Firefighters battled a well-involved recreational vehicle fire around midnight Monday at 205 Jackson Street in Englewood, Chief Jeff Kaplan said.
Due to the size of the vehicle and large amount of "deep-seated fire," or smoldering fire, inside the vehicle, recalled personnel and an additional engine from the Teaneck Fire Department were requested for assistance, fire officials said.
The RV, which was not occupied at the time of the fire, was being stored on the property of Riviera Produce for an unknown purpose, Kaplan said.
