With great little intro walk on a boardwalk around a quarry, then simple hike that goes up through a meadow and woodland. An easy hike that can take you from the nature center itself down to the picnic area and a fantastic kids playground.I could not believe that this was so close to I-95, and you could hear wild birds, see deer, and chipmunks, turtles, and frogs. It was perfect to hike with my 5 year old, and my 2 year old son’s first hike, which he loved. I can’t wait to go back and do more of the trails."
