New 16-Unit Luxury Apartment Building To Open In Fair Lawn

FAIR LAWN, NJ – American real estate company Coldwell Banker said it is accepting applications for a cluster of new apartments in Fair Lawn that will consist of one- and two-bedroom floor plans; this comes nearly two weeks after it announced a new townhouse development in Haworth.

Billed as 16 new luxury homes, 12-01 River will be open to move in, starting in September, and will cost at least $2,354 a month for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom residence and $2,954 a month for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence, said a news release from the brokerage, which is also staffing the apartments.

“We are honored to once again have been chosen by Rock Solid Builders as their partner in planning another prestige luxury development in northern New Jersey," Coldwell Banker Vice President David Schoner said, referring to the previously announced Lakeshore Estates, which will have homes ready to move into in August in Haworth.

Schooner said he expects the 12-01 River apartments, Coldwell Banker's fourth for-lease apartment complex in New Jersey, to fill up fast.

"12-01 River is an exceptional rental building that offers fabulous in-Fair Lawn living that is convenient to everything the area has to offer," he said.

A redevelopment of a site that formerly housed a bank, the 12-01 River apartments, approved by the Fair Lawn Planning Board in 2019, will offer between 600 and 970 square feet of space, nine-foot ceilings, and high-end finishes.

Apartments, which have been under construction since 2019, also feature recess lighting, window treatments, vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, shaker cabinetry, in-unit washers and dryers, oversized showers and tubs, and central heating and cooling systems.

Building highlights include a lobby and lounge, a fitness center and an Amazon package storage system.
