YMCA Enrolling Free Fall Health and Wellness Programs in Flemington

Healthy Lifestyles, THRIVE Cancer Wellness and Veterans Wellness Pathway Programs are open to the community and free for participants

River Crossing YMCA has opened registration for fall Pathway Wellness programs at the Deer Path branch, including a new THRIVE Cancer Wellness session. THRIVE, the Healthy Lifestyles Pathway program and the military Veterans Wellness Pathway program begin Sept. 22, but registration closes on Sept. 15. All YMCA Pathway wellness programs are open and free to the community. Pathway program instructors are certified wellness coaches with training in curriculum specialized for each program. Participants need not be members of the Y to enroll, and are invited to inquire on the Y’s Community Impact & Pathway Programs webpage.
