Fort Lee has so much to offer on summer evenings—Shakespeare in the Park on Tuesdays, Music Under the Stars on Wednesdays, Dancing Under the Stars on Fridays, and Music & Movies Under the Stars every Saturday.

These are great opportunities to get out and meet your neighbors, celebrate the arts, and have some fun while you’re at it.

Shakespeare in the Park Tuesdays

All “Shakespeare in the Park” performances are held in Monument Park, adjacent to the Fort Lee Museum on Palisade Avenue and begin at 7:30 p.m. Bring a blanket, lawn chair, a picnic dinner and delight to Shakespeare Under the Stars. Presented by the Fort Lee Office of Cultural & Heritage Affairs.

Music Under the Stars Wednesdays 

• July 6:       The Bronx Wanderers
• July 20:     Rocksplosion
• Aug 3:       Three Po' Tenors
• Aug 17:     The Amazing Greaseband
• Aug 31:     The Duprees

All “Music Under the Stars” performances are held at the Jack Alter Fort Lee Community Center, 1355 Inwood Terrace and begin at 7:30 p.m. Bring your blanket, chair, and a picnic dinner. Presented by the Jack Alter Fort Lee Community Center.

Dancing Under the Stars Fridays

• July 15:     Salsa Night
• July 29:     Swing Night
• Aug 12:     Cha Cha/Rhumba Night
• Aug 26:     Latin Dance Finale Fiesta

All “Dancing Under the Stars” nights are held at the Jack Alter Fort Lee Community Center, 1355 Inwood Terrace and begin at 7:30 p.m. Bring your dancing shoes! Presented by the Jack Alter Fort Lee Community Center.

All "Movies & Music Under the Stars" are held at the Jack Alter Fort Lee Community Center. Music begins at 7 p.m. and movies will begin at dark. Bring a blanket, a chair and a picnic dinner. Presented by the Fort Lee Film Commission and the Fort Lee Office of Cultural & Heritage Affairs.
