About Town: Memorial Day Weekend Parades & Events

Parades, Memorials, Family Festivals, Runs and more!

Memorial Day weekend is more than just a three-day weekend—it’s a time to reflect and honor those who have served our country, those who continue to serve, and those who have been wounded in service. About Town has a listing of area parades and events for Memorial Day weekend.

Remember that Saturday night is the continuation of the Fort Lee Film Commission’s Spring Cliffhanger presentation of the H.B.O. series The Pacific. The movie begins at 7 p.m. upstairs in the Community Center on Inwood Terrace.

Calling all singers, writers, poets: Saturday night is Open Mic Night at the Lion's Den Coffee House in Teaneck at St. Mark's Church, Carroll Hall on 118 Chadwick Road.
