School Board Seeks Interim Business Administrator

Fort Lee Public School District is actively seeking an interim business admin to manage the affairs of the 3,700-student district for nearly a year.

Cheryl Balletto, the Fort Lee business administrator since 2007, will be taking maternity leave on July 6. She'll be returning to her post on May 5, 2014.

With major ongoing construction work, new technology integration plans in the works and the everyday affairs of a district still without a permanent superintendent, the job won't be easy.

School officials say they're reviewing applications and hope to have the position filled by the time Balletto departs.
