Fort Lee takeout eatery JK’s Dumpling & Teriyaki is expanding its menu to include a new style of noodle, reports Bergen County foodie blog BoozyBurbs.com.
“The biggest change is the addition of Kung Fu Noodles or La Mian. La Mian are a hand-pulled style of noodle, where the makers literally pull the long thin noodles to the point where it looks like a performance,” BoozyBurbs explains.
New menu options also include homemade wontons and pork soup buns.
