Horizon House is the largest coop in the Fort Lee area. There are issues going on at this complex that should be the concern of all the residents of the complex and the entire Fort Lee community.
There is currently an election being held for the Board of Directors at Horizon House that is inundated with inconsistencies and possibly scandal.
The current Board President, Raju Sundaran, Esq., appears to be in total violation of the bylaws in an attempt to affect the election results in his favor. He has excluded a candidate from the ballot this year without proper board authority and in violation of NJ state law, according to several attorneys. This is currently being contested in court, but the judge has not acted yet to address this atrocity.

Additionally, Raju has also changed the election protocols as written in the bylaws. These bylaws state that every year there are four electees, the first three get two-year terms, the fourth gets a one-year term. He has changed it so that in this election, ALL four electees get two-year terms, with no formal change to the bylaws which requires a vote by the shareholders.
There are currently multiple lawsuits costing Horizon House hundreds of thousands of dollars. With the support of three other Board members whose votes he uses as proxies, Raju continues to commit innumerable other acts to damage the corporation. Dissenting Board members are not even informed as to these actions and lawsuits until after the fact.
