Car Crashes, Icy Roads In Freehold Prompt Caution Warnings
Drivers are advised to slow down to prevent any accidents while the roads are icy.
FREEHOLD, NJ — Icy roads in the Freehold area have led to multiple crashes, the Freehold Fire Department said on Wednesday morning.
Drivers are advised to slow down to prevent any accidents while the roads are icy.
"Freezing rain is moving out but icy conditions are likely to continue in places for a while this morning before temperatures rise above freezing," the National Weather Service wrote on social media. "Please use extra caution this morning!"

The New Jersey Department of Transportation is working on salting the roads, according to the Upper Freehold Township Uniformed Firefighters.
