County Fair, Italian Festival, Disco Night: This Weekend In Monmouth County

MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ — The weekend has officially arrived.

Whether you’re looking to hear some live music, try some new food, or go on rides at the county fair, there’s plenty of fun events planned around Monmouth County that you can check out.

Here are five events planned this weekend:

Monmouth County Fair
For those who haven’t had a chance to visit the annual Monmouth County Fair this week, the fair will remain in town through Sunday and offer rides, entertainment, food and more for attendees to enjoy.

Italian Festival & Wine Tasting
This weekend, you can join Monmouth Park at their Italian Festival & Wine Tasting, which is set to feature Italian favorites from over a dozen of the area's top restaurants, delis and food trucks, plus wine tastings and samplings presented by Opici Wines & Spirits.

Wine tasting will go from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and food trucks begin serving around 11 a.m. Day-of sales and check-in will run from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and day-of tickets are cash only for $15.

Disco Night
Hit the dance floor this Saturday for Disco Night at Bar Bella in Bell Works, featuring DJ Foggy Notion from 6-9 p.m. The bar is set to open at 4 p.m.

Jazz, Blues & More Summer Concert Series
For those who want to spend their Sunday evening enjoying some live music, you can check out the Freehold Borough Arts Council’s Jazz, Blues & More Summer Concert series at the Downtown Freehold Gazebo from 7-9 p.m.

Farmers Markets
As the summer season continues, there are plenty of local farmers' markets planned throughout Monmouth County for you to check out.

Here are some of the farmers' markets planned in Monmouth County this weekend:
