DWI Checkpoint Friday Night In Freehold Twp.

Drivers will be stopped on Route 9 north in Freehold Township Friday night into Saturday morning for a sobriety checkpoint.

FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will be conducting a DWI checkpoint on Friday, Nov. 17, from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. in Freehold Township.

All northbound vehicles on Route 9 will be diverted into the Juniper Plaza, the Task Force said.

The Task Force members will be working alongside local officers to determine the sobriety of each driver, said Chief Michael Schneider, Allenhurst, county Task Force coordinator.
