Freehold Borough Launches New Way To Watch Meetings & Events
In 2023, the municipality began streaming on Facebook. Now, the borough has launched a new way for residents to watch meetings and events:

FREEHOLD BOROUGH, NJ — Freehold Borough has officially launched a new way for residents to watch council meetings and special events with their YouTube channel.
The channel (which can be found here) will host meeting recordings of the Borough Council & Mayor, as well as various special events.
Prior to the borough launching its YouTube channel, council meetings were livestreamed on the borough’s Facebook page.

Now, residents can watch meeting recordings and events on the borough’s YouTube channel, with council meetings dating back to 2023 (when the borough started streaming on Facebook).
According to borough officials, Facebook began deleting videos, so there may be some meeting recordings that did not get transferred over. Meeting minutes can be found on the borough website.

In order to livestream on YouTube, officials said they need 50 subscribers. The borough is asking residents to subscribe to the channel and watch new videos as they become available.
