Freehold Regional HS Calendar 2018-19: First Day Of School, More

FREEHOLD, NJ — The first day of school in the Freehold Regional High Schools — Freehold Borough, Freehold Township, Howell, Colts Neck, Marlboro and Manalapan — is Sept. 6, and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the date on your calendar ASAP. The Freehold Regional High School District has released its 2018-2019 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

Here is the full list of dates to know for this school year:

• 9/6: Students' First Day
• 9/10-9/11: No School (Rosh Hashanah)
• 9/19: No School (Yom Kippur)
• 9/20: Early Dismissal (Back To School Night)
• 9/26: Early Dismissal (Professional Development)

October

• 10/8: No School (Columbus Day)
• 10/10: Early Dismissal (PSAT)

November

• 11/8-11/9: No School (NJEA Convention)
• 11/15: Parent Teacher Conferences
• 11/16: Early Dismissal
• 11/21: Early Dismissal
• 11/22-11/23: No School (Thanksgiving)

December

• 12/21: Early Dismissal
• 12/24-12/31: No School (Winter Break)

January

• 1/1: No School (New Year's Day)
• 1/21: No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)

February

• 2/15: Early Dismissal (Professional Development Day)
• 2/18: No School (Presidents' Day Weekend)

April

• 4/19-4/28: No School (Spring Break)

May

• 5/27: No School (Memorial Day)

• 6/21: Last Day of School
• 6/24: High School Graduation
